- 40ml Elderflower Liqueur (St Germain)
- 60ml Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- 60ml Soda or Sparkling Water
- 8-10 Mint leaves
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Cucumber sliced into ribbons
- Garnish your wine glass by wrapping a ribbon of cucumber within and placing mint leaves inside.
- Add ice into a wine glass.
- Pour in elderflower liqueur.
- Top with sparkling wine and sparkling water.
- Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on top.
