Mugs are not matt charcoal in colour as per description ! They are more dark ink navy blue in colour. I have placed the mugs nect to black and charcoal coloured objects and you can clearly see the difference in colour. They are definitely not charcoal.
So far so good. I have found the pink cups for some reason have fragile handles. You generously gave me 2 replacements and with no warning the handle snapped again. This is why I bought the white to trial. I have about 6 others blue and green with no issues breaking . Unusual
