I was really disappointed to

"I was really disappointed to find the base of the travel mug was chipped when we opened the box, and the lack of any broken pieces in the box would suggest it was chipped before it was packed. If it had happened during delivery it would be understandable, but this looks like carelessness on the part of whoever packed the order. It's functional and I can't be bothered with returns, but still very disappointing."
