Ordered a gift for a friend over 6 weeks ago and still hasn’t been delivered. I will never buy from here again. All my emails and texts keeps getting ignored or shut down with “we will ingratiate”

I was at the launch of the Few and Far Thirroul store and now am a patron of the Bowral store. No matter where you go the service is just warm and knowledgable and nothing too much trouble. The products are devine. My sister recently purchased a lamp and there was a glitch with it, no trouble, we will double check everything and ship that to you in Sydney. Just like that.

Your store is so beautiful I had to walk around it three times to take it all in. Everything I bought was quality and I can’t wait to find a reason to be back in town to stop in.

A genuine friendly atmosphere filled the premises and with a beautiful selection of treasures that delighted our senses. We were happy to stay for ages looking high and low for products, Australian businesses just at our fingertips. So enjoyed this experience that I returned the next day for that special gift. A beautiful store. Individual items that you don’t see everywhere. The shop is merchandised so amazingly and I love wandering around looking for pieces for my home. The staff are very friendly and love helping when needed. Keep doing what your doing because we need beautiful shops like yours.

I have never been to this store, but one of their clients used my email address when giving her information. This is, unfortunately, not new for her. This NSW woman gives my email address out all the time—I receive her children’s school information, medical emails, family and social emails, and have even erroneously been invited to a few weddings. What makes you stand out is that you sent an email asking for a review of my recent in-store visit, which obviously couldn’t be me as I live in a different hemisphere. So! I selected “unsubscribe” to remove myself from your mailing list and shock of all shocks (cue my extreme surprise), the link to unsubscribe from your advertising is broken! I cannot unsubscribe from advertising spam for a company that is on the other side of the world. But you know the link that wasn’t broken? That’s right. The link to review. So while this company isn’t the idiot for giving out an email address that is not theirs, they are the idiot who elected not to offer the option to unsubscribe from their emails, so beware! What else are they doing with your data and information if they lie about the ability to opt out? Are they selling your data to brokers for spam? Clearly their offers to remove one’s data from their systems are disingenuous, so beware!! Who knows what else they’re doing with your private data or why they are unwilling to let someone remove themselves from their mailing lists.

I had been searching for quite some time for the perfect berry spray that didn’t look fake and tacky. Absolutely love these from few and far. Excellent quality!! Thanks guys 😀
