"the table is gorgeous but it took way too many phone calls to get it home, first it was in stock in thirroul but had to be shipped to berry, expect us to call next week, called next week and was told itv was on forward order for delivery in june, then rang again snd told trouble with trucks because of trade show, then told again it would be ready for pick up, it seemed that there was no systematic recording of the order or my conversations - love your product but you need to make sure your internal processes work for upur customers snd staff too"
